Terms of Service

Our products are digital files delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, you receive immediate access to download your files — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access details are provided on the confirmation screen and by email. If you do not receive your files, contact us at support@prodotti-digitali.net and we will make sure you get them.

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal, household, or single-family use. You may print the files as many times as you like for that purpose.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the files (in whole or in part), and you may not claim them as your own. All intellectual property rights remain with PD Studio.

This product is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Before completing checkout, you are asked to expressly confirm — via a dedicated checkbox, separate from any marketing opt-in — that you request immediate delivery before the end of the standard 14-day withdrawal period, and that you acknowledge you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. The date and time of that consent are recorded together with your order.

This exemption is based on Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Where this consent has been validly given and recorded, no right of withdrawal applies, and accordingly no digital withdrawal function is required under Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 209/2025, implementing EU Directive 2023/2673), since that provision only governs contracts for which a right of withdrawal exists.

If an order is not accompanied by a valid record of this consent, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies instead. See our Refund Policy for how to exercise it.

Our products are educational and organizational tools. While we design them to be genuinely helpful, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or benefit from using them. Results depend on your own circumstances and how the materials are used.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PD Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The “Last updated” date above indicates when these terms were last revised.
