Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, refunds are not issued once the files have been downloaded. By requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you agree to start accessing the files right away.

The exception to the above is where you are exercising a valid right of withdrawal. As described on our Terms of Service page, when an order is not accompanied by a valid, recorded consent waiving the right of withdrawal, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies and you may request a refund within that period. Where you validly waived that right at checkout to receive immediate delivery, no right of withdrawal applies.

Even when a refund is not required, we may still grant one at our discretion — for example, in the case of a duplicate order, an accidental purchase that was never downloaded, or a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing your files and that we are unable to resolve.
